Dr. Hanmanth Rao Mole

My name is Dr. Hanmanth Rao Mole, MD, Dip ABLM. I completed my MBBS at Gandhi Medical College and my MD at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Santa Clara, California. I am board-certified in Internal Medicine and also hold a certification from the American Board of Lifestyle Medicine.

 

Currently, I work as a Hospitalist at Kaiser Hospital in Antioch, California. For the past ten years, I have actively participated in community awareness programs that focus on lifestyle-related diseases and promote healthy living in both India and the USA.

 

In my free time, I enjoy trekking, and I recently summited Mount Whitney, which is the tallest mountain in the mainland USA. I follow the teachings of Swami Vivekananda, Swami Yogananda, and Sadhguru. Additionally, I practice Shambhavi and Shoonya meditation, as well as Hatha yoga. In 2023, I had the opportunity to visit Mount Kailash.
